Pastor Matthias & Nicki Snodderly

Pastor Matthias was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and moved to Tennessee in 1978 returning to Fort Wayne in 1993. Receiving a call from God at 18 years to preach and ignoring the call, he pursued a career in Law Enforcement. In 1997, he returned to the once-ignored call of God and pioneered his first Church, Bible Study Ministries. In 1999, bringing the independent ministry into the fellowship of the Assemblies of God where he received his ordination. Pastor Matthias and the congregation moved Bible Study Ministries to their new inner-city location and became Senior Pastor of Christian Life Assemblies of God. In 2002, the congregation bought a new building site in New Haven, Indiana, and pioneered Joy Fellowship Church.

In 2023, after evangelizing for a couple of years he organized a new Church plant in Van Wert Ohio. Pastor desires to pursue and obtain God's fullness in his life and share it with every encounter he meets. The anointing upon his life is evident in his preaching and through his compassionate heart God has given him for the lost and hurting world. Pastor Matthias along with his wife Nicki are looking forward in seeing what God has in store for JFC. They have been truly blessed meeting several families who have been a true blessing during our renovation and are so thankful for their prayers and support. Together they continue to make a positive impact on the community through Joy Fellowship Church. Let's give them our love and support!
